DAVE KOZ (SAXOPHONE)
The actual Icon of Smooth Jazz Music, nine-time GRAMMY nominee and saxophonist extraordinaire Dave Koz, has established himself as a platinum-selling artist, humanitarian, entrepreneur, radio host and instrumental music advocate. Honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, has placed nine number 1 albums on Billboard’s Current Contemporary Jazz Album chart. This includes 2015’s Collaborations: 25th Anniversary Collection (Concord Records), a retrospective album that features some of his most memorable creative partnerships – including duets with such artists as Stevie Nicks, Rod Stewart, Michael McDonald, Barry Manilow and Luther Vandross – plus three newly-recorded tracks.
MARIO BIONDI (SINGER)
Famous Italian singer and musician. Throughout his career has published ten albums, all of them with great success. Mario began his musical journey playing for some of the big Italian stars. In 2006, he released his first solo album. Last year he started the Best of Soul European Tour, which continues in 2017 and one of its stops will be the Madrid Smooth Hot Jazz Fest.
Maysa started to sing at the very early age of six. She studied music at the Morgan State University in Baltimore and after graduating she went to California, where she performed with her first group Wonderlove, who, at the time were the female backup singers for Stevie Wonder. She worked for several TV programs. Later on, she spent four and a half years in London, performing as a singer for the British band Incognito. Her first solo album released in 1995, was followed by many others, reaching twelve releases until this date.
Incredible Saxophonist nominated twice to the Grammy Awards. His career, guided by his heart and a very special intuition, has taken him to cross all music boundaries. Nowadays, he is seen as one of the international pioneers of the music industry. Has worked and played together with some of the great stars such as Prince, Quincy Jones, Chaka Khan and Herbie Hancock. Najee’s performance will feature the melodic voice of Gary Taylor, singer and producer. Gary has composed songs for artists such as Anita Baker, The Whispers, Grover Washington Jr., Lalah Hathaway, Will Downing and others.
JIM BRICKMAN (PIANO)
This well-known piano player has completely transformed the world of piano soloists through his instrumental compositions and collaborations with some of the greatest American singers. He has obtained 21 number one hits on the Billboard charts, as well as 32 Top 20 radio singles. Has been nominated twice to the Grammy Awards, has won the Dove Award (for Gospel music) and two SESAC (to the best composer of the year). His first record, No Words, was released in 1995 and since then has sold more than eight million copies worldwide. He has recorded his compositions with the likes of Herb Alpert, Michael Bolton, Lady Antebellum, Kenny Rogers, Olivia Newton-John and Kenny Loggins.
John Trones (singer)
John Trones’ versatile performing style has made the popular tenor equally at home on symphony stages, as in theatre productions and pop concerts.His love of the classic romantic ballad led him to a featured role as an original cast member in Yesterday Once More: A Tribute to the Music of the Carpenters, and recent symphony orchestra concerts have featured sold-out performances with prestigious orchestras across the United States. His theatre credits include: “The Sound of Music”, “Annie Get Your Gun”, “Oklahoma”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat” and “The 1940’s Radio Hour”.John can be seen in an eclectic variety of TV and film appearances from Target and Great Clips commercials, to a Vampire-slayer in the indie film: The Family Business. Trones continues to perform songs from his solo pop albums, as he guest stars with Jim Brickman’s concerts throughout Asia, Europe and North America this season. She is without a doubt one of the most dynamic voices on the creative music scene, known for her invigorating and combustible live performances, compelling and revealingly honest song writing and impeccable instrument. The earthy and charming singer who has lent her vocals to the silver screen and collaborated with the likes of Will Downing, Roy Ayers, and Musiq Soulchild, has also lent her choral directing and choirs to a few of the live performances from Michael Bublé, David Foster, Anthony Hamilton, and Jennifer Holiday.
KIM WATERS (SAXOPHONE)
Born in the State of Maryland, USA. The Jazz Times Magazine considers him one of the best sax players in the world. Prolific composer and producer, nowadays he lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where he owns the Kim Waters Jazztones Café. Kim plays along with The Wayne Bruce Band.
JOSEMI CARMONA Y JAVIER COLINA (DE CERCA) WITH BANDOLERO, FEATURING CHANO DOMINGUEZ AND SANDRA CARRASCO
Josemi Carmona (Spanish Guitar) and Javier Colina (Bass) present their show De Cerca (Close up), featuring their guest Chano Domínguez (piano player). Their performance is based on the songs of their last album of the same name, signed by both Josemi and Javier. These songs travel from a few popular titles to others less known, as well as some composed by Josemi himself. The stylistic richness of the ensemble immerses deeply into several music styles, including Flamenco, Jazz and Music from Latin American countries. A different, fabulous and definitive work! They play along with their usual percussionist, the mythical Bandolero. This performance will be completed with two very special guests: pianist Chano Domínguez and singer Sandra Carrasco.

Guitarist, producer, creator, visionary, are some of the words that best describe Wayne’s impact on the music industry. His performance, recording and production credits reads like a who’s who of Jazz and R&B music today. His work ranges from legendary artists such as George Duke, Patti Austin, Al Jarreau, or Gladys Knight, to today’s legends Lalah Hathaway, Ledisi, Eric Benet, Maysa, and Brian Culbertson to name a few. You’ve heard him on records from the group Steetwize, Maysa, Kim Waters, Nick Colionne, Najee and his own group, Spur of the Moment. His ability to accurately interpret many different styles and genres puts him in rare air as a sideman, and even a higher stratosphere as a music director. The legendary George Duke once said about Wayne -“You are looking a great one, one of the best”.
